Our Fee Structure
Property Search Service Fees
Please note, we neither ask for or accept any inducements from sellers or their agents. Our service is dedicated to our Client's best interests. Success fees are a small percentage of the overall purchase price, finding the right property and getting the right price for you is far more important.
Retaining Fee
- Payable on instruction prior to the start of the search
- All retaining fees are fully deductible from the success fee
- The search length will be for a six month period
Retention fee 2000 Euros
- The Success fee is calculated as a percentage of the final purchase price
- Properties up to 2.000.000 Euros - 2.25%
- Properties 2.000.001 up to 4.000.000 Euros - 2%
- Properties over 4.000.000 Euros - 1.75%
- Properties over 6 Million Euros, Please Enquire
Success fees are payable on completion
Familiarisation visit and viewings
- All travel costs incurred by the client, will be payable by the client
